This is a one day course designed for installers who want to improve fault finding servicing and repairs for their customers or maybe change from installing and move into a servicing career and for new students coming into the ‘Heating Industry’, who have little or no knowledge of Combi boilers; no experience is necessary.

This is NOT a day off, lots of hands on!

We have over a dozen broken/faulty Vokera, Potterton, Baxi, Worcester - Bosch and Vaillant boilers for you practice on at your own pace.
We show you lots of different Fan Switches, how to understand the codes: C - NC - NO.

Do you blow into a fan switch? Wrong wrong! Never ever do that. I will show you how to conduct an Electrical Safety Test and find the fault safely, and correctly with and without electricity. You will be able test on the boilers at your own pace but always with supervision, use your own tools and spend a friendly informative day with us.

If a pressure gauge rises from 1.2 to 2 bar that's a major fault it should NOT rise.
